Lynn Marie is a survivor.
Lynn Marie is a victim activist who specializes in trauma response, self-empowerment, and reclaiming one’s identity. As a leader on the front lines battling sexual assault, Lynn has worked with national organizations to champion victim’s rights.
The nightmare experience that transformed Lynn’s life began when a man stalked her, premeditated an entire sexual assault, and broke into her home in the middle of the night. During the assault, she fought for her life using her survival instincts, barely making it out alive. In the weeks that followed, the nightmare became a living horror story as the rapist attempted to orchestrate a hit man to kill her and her family—from behind bars in prison. In a journey through fire to rise up and protect herself and her family, Lynn won victory over her oppressor as he was sentenced to life in jail.
Lynn Marie is currently working on her first novel documenting the experience to once again find hope. She is also beginning to tell her story in an effort to teach others that there is light after fear.
